| The PFS+ PFE-type screw is a heavy duty wood construction screw used in timber constructions, roof constructions, etc. Thanks to the special sharp point, the screw can be screwed into soft wood quite smoothly and without splitting without pre-drilling. Milling ribs and a special wax are added to lower the torqe, and the coarse thead ensures a swift fastening. The screw is available in both hardened steel and stainless steel with different surface finishes and in different sizes, and with different head shapes. A flange head provides high pull-through values due to a larger surface support, while a countersunk head with milling ribs provides a flush finish. |
