Flat washers are commonly used to distribute the load of a fastened joint or prevent loosening from vibration.

The washer outside diameter 3D from PGB-FASTENERS is available in both steel, stainless steel, brass and nylon PA6 with different surface finishes and in different sizes. This washer allows you to spread the pressure on the workpiece even more when tightening the nut or bolt. It is mainly used for fastenings in wood constructions.

DIN 9021 has been replaced by ISO 7093. They are interchangeable. Nominal sizes M2,5-M7 have been omitted and sizes M27-M33 have been newly added. The washer thickness for nominal size M5 has been changed. The opening according to ISO standard is defined according to thread diameter (previously DIN according to hole diameter). The hardness class has been limited to 200 HV and 300 HV. 140 HV has been omitted.
