| PGB-FASTENERS sandwich panel screws are self-drilling screws made of carbon steel with a zinc flake coating offering 1000hrs of salt spray resistance (class C3). The screws are mounted with an EPDM sealing washer of 19mm. There are 4 types, each of them with a specific drill point. For use in steel, 3 drill point lenghts are to be distinguished, depending on the steel thickness: SWPS-3: max 6mm, SWPS-5: max 12mm and SWPS-7: max 20mm. The SWPS-C features a hi-lo thread for use in concrete or timber. On the head the drilling capacity is mentioned for easy recognition. The EPDM washer ensures a watertight fastening. |
